Since 2011, Matthew has managed numerous searches in a variety of sectors in higher education for multiple positions, including presidents, chancellors, vice presidents, and deans, among others. Additionally, Matthew has written on issues facing academic leaders and higher education.
Before entering higher education executive search, Matthew was the Publisher and Director of Business Development for Triad Design Services, Inc. For the past 40 years, Triad—a private company consisting of 70 employees in three states—has produced manuals and publications for the military, aerospace, industrial, and technology industries. In that role, Matthew launched and managed a consumer magazine publishing division for five years.
Prior to his role with Triad, Matthew co-founded and managed College Street Publishing, Inc. College Street specialized in publishing consumer magazines as well as serving as a full service advertising agency.
