Holly Jackson

With 15 years of experience collaborating with top business schools and companies to attract the best diverse MBA talent, Holly Jackson has devoted her career to promoting diversity in higher education and mission-driven organizations.

Prior to joining Storbeck Search, Holly coached hundreds of high-performing minority candidates, leading them toward successful post-MBA careers across a range of industries including financial services, education, tech, and consulting. She was a Senior Coach with Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a premier source of diverse talent for elite business schools and companies and organizations in the public and private sectors.

She worked previously as a diversity campus recruiter for Goldman Sachs and an MBA Career Advisor at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Holly began her career in marketing with Amnesty International and spent her immediate post-MBA career in marketing strategy consulting. She lives in northern New Jersey with her dog.
