Ellie graduated from Ursinus College with a BA in Media and Communications where she was also a Division III gymnast and All-American on the Floor Exercise.
She is a trusted and passionate Executive Search professional providing Talent Acquisition services to organizations operating across Industrial Manufacturing, Professional Services, and FMCG sectors focusing on placing senior-level change and transformation leaders. Ellie has successfully guided and placed several candidates into new careers focusing on their needs, motivations, and desires and she focuses heavily on diversity.
In her role as Client Partner at Pacific International, she guides and mentors a team of executive search consultants to deliver results to all of our clients both large and small in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Leadership Skills Assessment, Leadership Succession Planning, and Advisory Services in Diversity Strategies. She helps clients overcome hiring challenges and attract extraordinary talent globally often tapping into our extensive network of passive candidates we continually build.
Ellie strives to act as an extension of her client’s business and become their brand ambassador while providing market insights and industry benchmarks to help inform their future Talent Acquisition strategy.
