Claudia Lemke

Claudia grew up in sunny Caracas, Venezuela, where she graduated from Andres Bello Catholic University with a BA in Human Resources Management. She then moved to London where she completed a CIPD level 5 Advanced Diploma in HR.

Claudia is an accomplished client-focused Executive Search Leader, with a proven track record of building transformational teams and delivering bespoke talent acquisition solutions that address business challenges and enhance organisational performance. Her main areas of expertise are in the Automotive & Aerospace, FMCG, Chemicals, Engineering, and Renewable Energy sectors.

In her role as Client Partner at Pacific International, she works closely with a team of executive search consultants and associates to plan, create, and drive the strategic talent pipeline aligned with the client’s objectives.

What she most enjoys about her role at Pacific International, is delivering long-time value to its clients by sourcing and placing senior-level executives in their dream roles where they can make a real difference. Seeing those matches bring tangible benefits to both parties is her greatest motivator and a constant source of satisfaction.
