Patrick Westerburger Selected New Board President for IRC Global Search Partners

October 10, 2014 – Patrick Westerburger, managing partner at IRC Netherlands (Hagoort & Partners), has been selected as the new president of the board for IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC). Marco M. Alemagna (IRC Italy) and Rohan A. Carr (IRC Australia) have joined the board and Gaye Özcan (IRC Turkey) has been appointed to lead the EMEA region, while Patricia Susanto (IRC Indonesia) has accepted the leadership role for the Asia Pacific. Warren Carter (IRC USA, Mexico and Panama) will lead a newly established agribusiness and agriscience practice group and Debbie Goodman-Bhyat (IRC South Africa) will become the diversity practice group leader. “IRC member firm engagement is at an all-time high.
