Kensington International Names Partner

October 10, 2014 – Kensington International, the Chicago area offices of Career Partners International (CPI), has named Paul G. Schneider as a partner. In his new leadership role, Mr. Schneider will play a key role in growing the firm’s talent management business, which consists of leadership development, executive coaching, career transition services including outplacement, and executive search. “We are thrilled to have Paul as one of our partners,” said John Myers, a founding partner at Kensington International. “His deep experience in our business, history of industry leadership, and amazing relationships with customers in our markets will help Kensington International and Career Partners International continue to grow and enhance our brand reputation as an industry leader in talent management.” Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schneider was previously with Strategic Talent Solutions, a consulting partnership focused on leadership and organizational development, where he was a partner.
