PARC Street Group Places Chief Operating Officer for Mission Valley Bank
August 10, 2026 – PARC Street Group has assisted in the recruitment Amanda Connell as chief operating officer at Mission Valley Bank. This search was completed by PARC Street Group senior executive search consultant Michelle Davis, executive recruiter Tabassum Nagpurwala, and executive search associate Priscilla Chacon.
Ms. Connell brings more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience across community and regional banks, with deep expertise in operations, compliance, and risk management. Most recently serving as SVP, director of operations at a reputable community bank, she has led enterprise-wide operational initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and cross-functional teams supporting long-term growth. Her background includes driving asset growth, implementing technology solutions, and strengthening operational infrastructure; experience that directly supports Mission Valley Bank’s continued growth and operational complexity.
In her new role with Mission Valley Bank, Ms. Connell will report directly to the chief executive officer and oversee operational departments, including Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), information technology (IT), and project management. She will serve as a key strategic partner in driving operational efficiency, enabling scalable growth, and enhancing the bank’s overall customer experience.
