FMG Leading Acquires Market Intelligence And Strategic Advisory Firm BroadBranch Advisors

August 10, 2026 – Human capital advisory firm FMG Leading has acquired market intelligence and strategic advisory firm BroadBranch Advisors. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. “In today’s high-pressure landscape, translating forward-looking intelligence into action faster and more effectively is critical for our clients, especially in the investor-backed healthcare space,” said Matt Brubaker, chairman and CEO of FMG Leading. “By adding the market intelligence capabilities of BroadBranch Advisors, we’re further aligning our offerings to address this need, helping clients deliver on their performance, growth, and missional goals.”
