ON Partners Recruits CEO for Insurcomm
March 4, 2025 – Partners Baillie Parker and Seth Harris, along with consultant Alex Peters of ON Partners have assisted in the recruitment of Kelly Brewer as the new CEO of Insurcomm in Portsmouth, NH. She succeeds Doug Indelicato, who will step into a pivotal role leading Insurcomm’s sales and marketing efforts. “We are thrilled to welcome Kelly Brewer to the Insurcomm team,” said Mr. Indelicato. “Her leadership and vision will be instrumental in guiding Insurcomm through its next phase of growth and innovation. Ms. Brewer brings extensive leadership experience and a track record of driving growth and scaling businesses in the construction and technology sectors. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of network strategy and technology at Crown Castle, a Fortune 500 company, where she led the network team responsible for engineering, innovation, and new product development. Before that, she was the chief operating officer at Tilson, a nationwide telecommunications services firm, where she achieved impressive growth and led the company to be named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies for 11 consecutive years.
“Her background in both the construction and technology sectors, and her experience in scaling businesses and driving strategic growth will be invaluable as Insurcomm continues to expand its platform,” Insurcomm said.

Mr. Harris has 20-plus years of retained executive search experience and focuses on the technology sector including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, managed services, and IoT. He has over 375 completed executive searches across technology and enterprise functions. Mr. Harris’ clients range from late stage VC- backed, mid-cap, growth / private equity to global multinational organizations.
Mr. Peters is responsible for research and recruitment of candidates across multiple industries and functions, for both public and private companies. He is a graduate of Samford University where he was a double major in economics and international relations and was a D1 student athlete on the basketball team. He joined ON after completing internships with American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) and Sloan Valve.

With over 38 years of experience, Mr. Davidson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Trafera. Earlier in his career, he held various executive roles at W.W. Grainger, including senior vice president of sales, marketing, and ecommerce, SVP of customer service and VP of information services. Mr. Davidson also spent nearly 15 years as an operating partner working with multiple private equity-backed companies, where he provided strategic guidance and operational expertise, including his role as a trusted operating executive within the Rotunda Operating Executive Network.
