Ms. Mills is a leadership advisor who has directed large-scale leadership programs for Fortune 50 and mid-size organizations across global industries for more than 30 years. Specializing in executive assessment, development, succession, and coaching solutions, she guides C-suite, VP, and director leaders through leadership transformations, combining strategic insight and practical behavioral change.

Prior to joining NuBrick Partners, Ms. Mills served as managing director of the leadership assessment and development practice at Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company, amongst other leadership roles, where she guided more than one thousand leaders through comprehensive assessments, development initiatives, executive coaching, and succession planning processes.
