NU Advisory Partners Expands With Three Partner Additions

March 27, 2026 – NU Advisory Partners has added Caitlin MaloofJessica Johnson, and Alan Mait as partners, continuing the firm’s buildout across key sectors and functional areas. Ms. Maloof focuses on go-to-market leadership search and talent advisory for private equity-backed companies. She has nearly 15 years of experience across technology and executive recruiting roles, supporting clients at every stage of growth, from scaling through transformation. She is known for her detailed, thoughtful, high-touch approach to executive recruiting and her ability to partner closely with operators and investors to build exceptional leadership teams. Prior to NU, she founded The Maloof Group and earlier helped build the internal executive search function at Accel-KKR.

Ms. Johnson brings nearly 25 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences executive search. She is known for her deep sector knowledge and ability to build long-term relationships across growth equity, private equity, and public companies. Prior to NU, Ms. Johnson co-led the global healthcare and life sciences practice at True Search and spent 15 years at Korn Ferry, supporting private capital-backed and public clients across a wide variety of functional roles. She has led hundreds of executive search assignments in healthcare and life sciences, including providers, payors, healthcare services, pharma services, biotech, HealthTech, life sciences SaaS, and technology-enabled services companies, spanning all asset classes from venture capital to the Fortune 20.

Mr. Mait specializes in HR, talent, and corporate functions leadership roles for private equity, venture capital, and public companies. He primarily supports life sciences clients across biotech, pharma, medtech, diagnostics, and the broader ecosystems of consumer healthcare, personal care, and both human and animal nutrition. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Mait has worked across Europe, Asia Pacific, the United States, and LATAM, helping companies identify, shape, and retain executives who turn vision into strategy and strategy into outcomes. Beyond search, he specializes in advising board, CEO and operating partners as to organizational design and succession planning, zeroing in on the criticality of bringing the right leaders to the table at key inflection points on a company’s growth journey.

Ms. Naumes specializes in placing go-to-market and commercial leaders across sports, media, entertainment, technology, consumer, retail, and marketplace industries. Prior to co-founding NU, she spent 11 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she built the consumer digital practice and co-led the global sports practice, working with major brands and leagues worldwide. Previously, she was director of marketing and communications for NASDAQ’s Global Corporate Solutions Group.

Ms. Rosenberg is a market-leading voice in edTech, where she leverages over 25 years of experience in the education sector. A recognized leader, she is known for her innovative approach and commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. At NU, Ms. Rosenberg guides public and private companies, investors, universities, and nonprofits in navigating the evolving education landscape.

Before co-founding NU, Ms. Rosenberg led the global edTech practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Her career is marked by her ability to challenge conventional thinking. She has held key roles at a number of tech and edTech-focused companies and she holds several board roles including The Perkins School, Cornell University Brooks School of Public Policy, and The Fletcher School at Tufts. She is also a former trustee of Cornell University.
