NPAworldwide Adds 11 New Member Firms

October 25, 2024 – Member-owned recruitment network NPAworldwide has added 11 new member firms. The new partners are located in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Spain and the U.K., with recruitment specialties including engineering, healthcare, information technology, sales, and more across multiple industry sectors.

Our continued membership growth allows independent recruitment firms to more effectively serve their clients and candidates by adding or increasing split placements.” NPAworldwide membership is offered on a selective basis to independently-owned recruitment firms who meet the network’s enrollment criteria and have a strategic interest in making split placements.

  • Griffin Global Systems, headquartered in Jupiter, FL, are specialists in healthcare and technology recruitment on a global basis.
  • Horner Recruitment, located in Melbourne, Australia, provides direct-hire recruitment and temporary staffing within the following sectors across Australia: administration and office support, accounting and finance, customer service, sales and marketing, human resources, manufacturing, transport and logistics, warehousing, government, medical and healthcare, events and exhibitions, infrastructure and facility management, not-for-profit, and community services.
  • Lincoln & Creed, Inc., based in Denver, CO, has a focus on the infrastructure and civil engineering sectors, with a track record placing mid-level project managers and executive leadership.
  • Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd., located in Calgary, Alberta, and London, are specialists in sourcing and placing talent in critical roles spanning project & program management, project controls, cyber security, digital & technical advisory, engineering, cost and commercial management.
  • Progressive People, based in Sydney, are specialists in the IT, government, sales, business & executive management, finance, administration, PR & marketing, and legal sectors.
  • Rainy Day Recruitment, headquartered in Tonsley, South Australia, are specialists in the engineering, IT, and professional services industries.

Newly Appointed President and COO

In March, NPAworldwide recently appointed Kerry Crockett as its new president and chief operating officer. Ms. Crockett, who was most recently CEO of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA), brings a wealth of experience to the role. She has a long track record of success in team building, product development, strategic planning, international event planning, event profitability, membership growth and sponsor recruitment.
