NorthWind Partners Recruits CEO for Frontgrade Technologies

January 3, 2024 – Reston, VA-headquartered executive search firm NorthWind Partners has assisted in the recruitment of Mitch Stevison as president and CEO of Frontgrade Technologies in Colorado Springs, CO. He succeeds Mike Elias, who is transitioning out of his role as president and CEO.

Mr. Stevison brings substantial leadership and industry experience to his new role. He previously led Mercury Systems’ Mission Systems division and served as an officer of the company, helping lead Mercury’s growth and transformation, solving challenges at the intersection of business, technology, and operations and driving transformative growth and operational sustainability. Mr. Stevison also served in several roles at Raytheon for ten years, most recently as senior vice president of strategy and development for Raytheon Missile and Defense. He previously served in operations and program management roles and Ducommun and Lockheed Martin. Before joining the private sector, Mr. Stevison served in the U.S. Army for 20 years in various research-related roles.
