NGS Global Expands in London

June 29, 2026 – Wilmington, DE-headquartered executive search firm NGS Global has expanded with the additions of Daniel Yeates and George Balfour as managing directors in London. “Daniel and George are accomplished executive search professionals with deep expertise in the technology and digital sectors,” said David Nosal, chairman and managing partner. “They each bring outstanding client and candidate relationships built over decades of work at the highest levels of the industry, and we are thrilled to welcome them to the NGS Global family.”

Mr. Yeates brings over 20 years of retained executive search experience specializing in technology and digital leadership, with board-level and C-suite placements across 32 countries. He has worked with private equity firms, Fortune 500 companies, FTSE-listed organizations, and high-growth start-ups, and held senior roles at Tenon Search, Korn Ferry, and Savannah Group.
