N2Growth Opens Office in Milan
January 13, 2026 – N2Growth, a Philadelphia-based management consulting and executive search firm, has expanded with the addition of a new office in Milan, Italy. The office will be jointly led by three global partners: Daniele Grandini, senior partner; Roberto Giacometti, managing partner; and Paolo del Conte, senior partner. “N2Growth’s strength has always been our ability to pair local reach with a fully integrated global platform,” said Tony Morales, co-chairman of N2Growth. “Our Milan office exemplifies that approach, and with Roberto, Daniele, and Paolo at the helm, we’re well positioned to support Italian and multinational clients with leadership needs in the region.”
In their roles, Mr. Grandini, Mr. Giacometti, and Mr. del Conte will lead executive search engagements and oversee N2Growth’s operations and growth strategy in Italy. Collectively, they bring decades of experience across mid-level and executive search, deep knowledge of the Italian and broader European business landscape, and a strong track record of advising boards, investors, and senior leadership teams.
Mr. Grandini supports international companies in identifying and placing board and C-suite leaders for complex, cross-border assignments, helping organizations align talent strategies with business priorities and growth objectives. With over 10 years of experience in top and executive search, he partners with CEOs, HR leaders, and entrepreneurs to define role mandates, understand critical success factors, and translate organizational needs into targeted, credible searches.
Before joining N2Growth, Mr. Grandini spent 10 years at Tailor&Fox, a boutique executive search and HR consulting firm, where he served as senior partner and later as equity partner. He led searches for top and middle management across multiple industries, developing a track record of successful placements and trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
Mr. Giacometti is the managing partner of N2Growth Italy. He leads the development of the Italian market, with a focus on C-level, C-1, and board roles, supporting both international groups and established Italian organizations in identifying high-impact leaders. His career combines executive search expertise with strategic human resources and business experience. Mr. Giacometti partners closely with CEOs, HR leaders, and key stakeholders to understand the objectives and responsibilities of each role, ensuring leadership requirements are fully aligned with corporate strategy, organizational design, and cultural values.
Previously, Mr. Giacometti spent many years in HR consultancy, including a decade as founder and managing partner of a people search & selection boutique in Italy, specializing in middle and top management recruitment. In this context, he built and led a team of qualified, cohesive professionals, acting as a trusted HR business partner and delivering successful searches, N2Growth noted.

Mr. Del Conte has almost 20 years’ experience in HR consulting, including time at Kelly Services and Frazer Jones (within The SR Group), both recognized as international leaders in HR professional services. After earning a degree in Business Administration in Italy, he spent 10 years working in temporary staffing & workforce solutions with a 360° HR consulting approach, working across multiple sectors and industries.
