November 4, 2015 – Global search firm Mansfield & Associates, Ltd. has added Judit Hegedus as regional director, Central Europe, to its Budapest office.
Ms. Hegedus was previously CEO of the Hungarian subsidiary of a U.S.-based multinational corporation and served as a senior executive on several international management teams. There she gained expertise in the delivery of global training programs, financing and managing complex, decentralized, multicultural organizations and building high performance international teams. Most currently, Ms. Hegedus served as managing partner of business consultancy TransAtlantic Consulting LLC, providing services in strategic advisory, business development and change management.
“Judit’s experience with multicultural organizations, multiple languages, strategic advising skills, C-level network and a customer-oriented approach will be an asset to our Central European Regional clients,” said Ann Mansfield, president and founder.
Bob Mansfield, VP international development, said: “We have expanded in Hungary and other CEE and SEE markets because we see this as a growth area in Europe especially within manufacturing, shared service centers and R&D. This area of the world has trading connections with both the East and the West. The skilled labor market of its population is a good investment for many American/European companies looking to grow.”
Earlier this year, Mansfield & Associates opened an office in the U.K. and appointed Sharron Sweetnam as regional director. Ms. Sweetnam was a founding partner of Sweetnam Associates, a firm specializing in project funding facilitation and business development initiatives worldwide.
