Lyneer Search Group Appoints Director of Branding and Content

October 30, 2024 – Lyneer Search Group, an executive talent acquisition firm specializing in finance and executive roles, has expanded with the addition of Karen Childers as director of branding and content.

With over a decade of experience in content development, digital strategy, and brand storytelling, Ms. Childers brings a fresh approach to Lyneer’s marketing initiatives. “Her extensive background in content marketing and brand engagement will play a vital role in expanding the firm’s brand presence and amplifying its reach to clients and candidates alike,” the search firm said.

Ms. Childers has a background in digital content creation and marketing strategy. She began her career as the social media lead and blog editor for a global health coaching organization based in New York City. Over the years, she has developed a specialty in producing SEO-optimized content and crafting engaging social media narratives that amplify brand reach and engage audiences. Her expertise lies in creating brand-aligned communications that resonate with customers, driving tangible increases in brand recognition and engagement.

Previously, Ms. Childers served as marketing manager with Jenkins Electric Company in Charlotte, NC. Prior to that, she was an education program coordinator with Kadampa Meditation Center. During her career, Ms. Childers also gained experience with SanovaWorks, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, OutFirst Digital, and The Living Liquid, among others.
