Lucas Group Names Managing Partner for Manufacturing Practice Group

April 13, 2012 – Search firm Lucas Group has appointed Dan Ladrech as managing partner for its manufacturing practice group. Mr. Ladrech comes to Lucas Group from F-O-R-T-U-N-E Personnel Consultants (FPC) where he was vice president and managing partner with a particular focus on quality and operational excellence recruiting in California and throughout the country. “Dan brings an impressive career in recruiting and senior management to our West Coast office,” said Charlie Wilgus, general manager of the manufacturing practice group at Lucas Group. “As we continue to expand our manufacturing and supply chain recruiting in the West, Dan’s extensive manufacturing experience and team leadership will be an important element to our strategic growth.” Mr. Ladrech and his team will work out of Lucas Group’s San Diego office and focus on manufacturing and supply chain recruiting throughout the Western United States.
