Cornerstone OnDemand Acquires Sonar6

April 12, 2012 – Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. has acquired Sonar Limited (Sonar6), a provider of cloud-based talent management solutions serving small businesses globally. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sonar6 brings more than 375 clients to Cornerstone and expands its presence in the Asia Pacific region.
