Kincannon & Reed Makes Additions In Europe

April 21, 2015 – Kincannon & Reed has added four new managing directors to its European team. Jos Boeren joins the firm with 17 years of international experience in corporate business development, finance, and transactions services, including head of Agri Corporate Finance at Société Général and manager of M&A strategic planning at Bunge Limited.

Fredrik Lundén brings more than 25 years of experience in agricultural equipment and crop inputs, most recently with the equipment manufacturer Väderstad, and previously with Monsanto. He is based in Sweden.

Dierk Overheu joins Kincannon & Reed in Germany from Alfred C. Toepfer (now ADM Germany), where he was formerly the vice chairman and managing director.

Roger Peeters comes to the firm after a career as a director of research, product development, and strategy for global companies including Bayer CropScience, and Syngenta. He will be based in the Netherlands.

“We are seeing increased hiring activity across the entire food value chain in European markets, from crop and animal inputs to food on consumer’s plates," said Michael Whitney, managing partner, EMEA.
