JBK Associates Opens In Geneva
April 21, 2016 – New Jersey-based executive search firm JBK Associates International has opened an office in Geneva, Switzerland, as part of its international expansion plans. The new location, led by managing director Elaine L. Arozarena (pictured), provides the firm with access to Switzerland’s sizable life sciences community.
Ms. Arozarena is a founding partner of Global Strategic Advise Services and its sister group Global Human Capital Solutions. She has conducted more than 300 senior management assignments over the past 20 years.
Earlier in her career, she gained search experience serving as a regional managing partner with Korn Ferry and as a senior partner with Heidrick & Struggles. She also spent time with Russell Reynolds Associates.
