Jacobson Group and ejsSearch Merge

February 26, 2013 – The Jacobson Group, a Chicago-based human capital services firm serving the insurance, healthcare and financial services industries, has merged with ejsSearch, a London-headquartered insurance executive search firm specializing in assignments in the London, broader European and international markets. “This is a merger of networks and expertise,” said Barbara Schonhofer, chief executive of ejs. “Our companies’ cultures, approach and commitment to client service are well-aligned, which will afford a seamless transition.” Ms. Schonhofer will join The Jacobson Group’s executive management team as senior vice president and chief executive officer, global executive search. The merged companies will operate under The Jacobson Group brand with Greg Jacobson and Richard L. Jacobson continuing to serve as its co-chief executive officers.
