Hunt Scanlon Names Kiko Restrepo Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Next-Stage Growth Across Media, M&A, and Talent Intelligence

March 4, 2026 – Hunt Scanlon Media has tapped Kiko Restrepo to serve as chief revenue officer. In this newly created role, he will be responsible for leading all revenue-generating departments at the company, including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships to drive, align, and scale revenue growth. Mr. Restrepo joins Hunt Scanlon from Warner Bros. Discovery where he served in senior client partnership and sales strategy roles for the past five and a half years. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Samsung Electronics America and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Throughout his career, Mr. Restrepo has worked at the intersection of positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, helping organizations translate insight into sustainable growth.
Christopher W. Hunt, president and co-founder of Hunt Scanlon, said that Mr. Restrepo will lead the firm’s commercial strategy and growth across media, events, and strategic partnerships as well as integrate client opportunities across the firm’s three platforms: media, M&A and talent intelligence.
“In this newly established role Kiko will focus on expanding the company’s platform and deepening relationships across the human capital and private equity sectors,” said Mr. Hunt. “Kiko will additionally oversee and develop unified strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, ensuring predictable, data-driven revenue performance.”
Building a Modern Revenue Organization
“As the executive search and talent landscape continues to evolve, Hunt Scanlon Media is well positioned for its next stage of growth,” said Mr. Restrepo. “I’m honored to step into the chief revenue officer role at this important moment. My focus is on building a modern revenue organization that strengthens our partnerships and creates meaningful, long-term impact for our clients. I look forward to working closely with our team and partners as we shape the company’s next chapter,” he added.
ZRG led the assignment, which was spearheaded by Erik Sorenson, global head of ZRG’s media & entertainment practice, along with managing director Rich Tackenberg. “We’re very excited that Kiko has accepted the role and has joined Hunt Scanlon Media. We know he is going to accomplish a great deal and will work closely with Chris, Scott and the management team there to help bring the company to another level. It’s going to be a wonderful partnership, and we’ll be cheering from the sidelines,” said Mr. Tackenberg.

Mr. Restrepo’s appointment comes during a time of significant growth and expansion at Hunt Scanlon. “As we continue to expand our media, M&A, and talent intelligence platforms, Kiko will play a major role as we bring new solutions to market,” said Scott A. Hunt Scanlon Launches HSiQ Talent Intelligence Advisory Unit
HSiQ, a data-driven, AI-enabled talent intelligence platform that delivers real-time competitive intelligence, deep people analytics, and strategic leadership insights to enterprises across financial services, private equity, multinationals, and executive search. With HSiQ, organizations will have access to a powerful new engine that combines proprietary data, original research, and market-wide benchmarking to inform strategic hiring, leadership planning, and succession decisions.
HSiQ is led by Richard Stein, whose 20-plus-year career spans building businesses, advising on human capital strategy, and delivering executive search and talent management solutions for leading global firms. “Most companies don’t lose time and money because they hired the wrong person — they lose it because they hired too fast,” Mr. Stein said. “Executive hiring isn’t a race. It is a strategy. It is chess, not checkers.”
Mr. Restrepo will also work closely with Hunt Scanlon’s two vice presidents: Leo Cummings – who leads sales & marketing, and Walker Manning – who oversees the company’s media and data initiatives. “Kiko’s appointment as chief revenue officer marks an exciting step forward for Hunt Scanlon,” said Mr. Manning. “He brings deep experience in scaling revenue operations, strengthening client partnerships, and aligning go-to-market strategy with long-term growth. Kiko is a collaborative leader who knows how to build alignment and drive momentum across teams, and we’re thrilled to welcome him to the firm.”
Mr. Cummings, who co-manages the company’s conference unit, said that “as Hunt Scanlon continues to expand its reach across the executive search and broader human capital communities, we are doubling down on strengthening long-term industry relationships while refining the efficiency of our sales infrastructure. This next phase of growth is about being more connected, more disciplined, and more client focused. Kiko’s leadership will accelerate that progress and ensure we scale in a way that delivers meaningful value to our partners.”
Mr. Restrepo earned a bachelor of architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and his MBA at NYU’s Stern School of Business where he focused on marketing, strategy, leadership and change management.
