HumanConcepts Adds HR Veteran

May 18, 2010 – HumanConcepts, a provider of workforce decision support solutions, has appointed Joe Massey as vice president of workforce agility. Mr. Massey will focus on helping customers institute best practices for managing rapid workforce change. Mr. Massey has 20 years of operations management and HR service delivery experience, most recently serving as vice president of organizational effectiveness at Washington Mutual.
