EuroSearch and Signium France Merge

May 19, 2010 – AESC members Eurosearch & Associates and Signium International France in Paris merged to create a new firm that combines worldwide search expertise and a comprehensive management consulting team that strengthens its presence and offerings in France. Marc Pagezy has been appointed CEO of the new entity which brings together 10 consultants in Paris. Paul Rossignol remains a board member of Signium International. Mr. Pagezy has been chairman of Eurosearch for four years and specializes in financial services, corporate services, LBO companies, leadership assessment and management audits. He formerly served as vice president, partner and general manager in the Paris office of Korn/Ferry International. Mr. Rossignol is co-founder and managing partner of Signium International France. His area of expertise includes financial services, industry, FMCG & luxury goods, and management audits. Mr. Rossignol was co-founder of Rossignol Tod & Associés. Signium International is an executive search firm with 40 offices in 25 countries serving clients in the Americas, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
