Mr. Branco has more than 20 years of professional experience in executive search, leadership consulting, and human resources management. He has held senior roles in international executive search firms and consulting practices. Most recently, he founded Pedro Branco & Partners, a boutique office dedicated to executive search, leadership development, and executive performance programs.
In addition to his consulting career, Mr. Branco has been engaged in academia. He serves as executive coordinator and lecturer of postgraduate studies in organizational development at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and as invited lecturer at Universidade Europeia in Portugal, teaching courses on strategic human resources management, leadership, and organizational development. Mr. Branco has advised leaders and organizations across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, consumer, life sciences, financial services amongst others. His expertise spans executive search, career management, executive coaching, and large-scale leadership development. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and French, Mr. Branco also brings an international perspective shaped by his collaboration with international executive search networks, where he represented Portugal.
