June 3, 2013 – Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International has added two new partners: Patricia Coleman joins the firm's life sciences practice in Chicago and Jeff Cohn joins the leadership consulting practice in New York. Ms. Coleman brings more than 25 years of executive search and professional services experience with an emphasis on the life sciences industry along with strong functional credentials in legal, compliance and risk management. Mr. Cohn joins Heidrick & Struggles as an expert in CEO succession planning and executive assessment, bringing more than 20 years of experience advising boards and top management teams. Most recently, he operated his own consulting firm whose clients included a number of Fortune 500 CEOs.
