Cook Associates Places CFO at Ferrara Candy Company

June 3, 2013 – Chicago-based Cook Associates Executive Search has placed Stephen Bowater as chief financial officer of Ferrara Candy Company. The search was led by Cook CEO Mary Kier. Most recently, Mr. Bowater served as CFO at Decision Insight Information Group, a TPG Capital portfolio company. Ferrara Candy Company was formed in June 2012 via the merger of Farley’s & Sathers Candy Company with Ferrara Pan Candy Company.
