Mr. Zhu has accumulated more than 20 years of professional experience gained in both the private and public sectors. He was one of the first Chinese-American lobbyists working for an established Washington, D.C.-based government affairs consulting firm. Prior to joining Heidrick, Mr. Zhu was a partner with Odgers Berndtson, where he led the firm's life science & government affairs practices in China.
