Eton Bridge Partners Expands Staff

December 3, 2014 – Executive search and interim management partnership Eton Bridge Partners has named Ellie Rich-Poole as a partner in its HR executive search practice and Philip Muggeridge as a researcher to its finance search team. Ms. Rich-Poole brings with her over 10 years’ experience in consultancy and HR recruiting, including in-house expertise in the retail, consumer and leisure sectors. In her new role, she will be supporting clients with searches for HR leaders across generalist and specialist roles, as well as working with selected organizations on a long-term basis, helping them identify and nurture talented individuals. She was previously a managing director with Norman Broadbent. Mr. Muggeridge is focused on identifying and building relationships with specialized talent within the senior finance community. He has previous experience working with some of the world’s leading technology firms.
