Harvey Nash Founder Joins Arrows Group

December 3, 2009 – Recruiting firm Arrows Group has appointed David Higgins as non-executive director. Mr. Higgins is the founder, executive deputy chairman and former chief executive officer of Harvey Nash PLC. “David brings us over 20 years of recruitment industry experience, during which time he built one of the biggest brands of our industry.
