GattiHR Launches Digital Health and Defense & Aerospace Practices

He serves the healthcare, life sciences and technology industries. His searches include leadership positions across commercial functions including sales, marketing, and product functions.
Mr. Delisle has worked closely with executive teams and strongly believes in creating a high touch, high-value consultative approach in servicing clients. Prior to joining GattiHR, he spent 12 years as managing partner for Pring Pierce, a boutique retained search firm focused in healthcare and life science technology markets. Previously, he served as an executive search consultant and vice president with another boutique search where he was a consistent top performer nationally and conducted leadership searches across online media, publishing, and medical technology. “Given his specialization, the investment and growth of the digital health sector, Mike’s knowledge and expertise will be a huge resource for our clients’ talent needs,” GattiHR said.
Mr. Beruff is responsible for serving clients in the broad aerospace and defense marketplace, placing operational, commercial, and functional leaders in both manufacturing and services environments. He comes to GattiHR with over 10 years of executive search experience, spending a combined eight years at two of the largest global executive search firms and two other years in a highly specialized boutique search firm, focusing exclusively on servicing the government contracting industry. In his most recent role, Mr. Beruff spent four years as a core member of Heidrick & Struggles’ aviation, aerospace and defense focus-practice, where he was responsible for end-to-end search execution and client development initiatives.
The bulk of Mr. Beruff’s search work has been for manufacturers and/or service providers and their respective supply chains across the broad government contracting sector in positions ranging from board of directors and the C-suite, down to business unit level director. He has worked with large publicly traded companies, small and large privately held companies, quasi-public entities and private equity-backed portfolio companies to include Raytheon Technologies, StandardAero, DRAPER, AMTRAK, GKN Aerospace, B&E Components Group and Textron, among many others. Mr. Beruff has also done work for companies in the healthcare services, professional services, automotive, oil and gas, and broad industrials markets.
