April 29, 2021 – Quincy, MA-headquartered executive search firm GattiHR recently launched digital health and defense & aerospace practices which will be led by vice presidents Michael Delisle and Luis Beruff, respectively. “We see the addition of these two practice areas as part of our complimentary growth strategy and commitment to specialization,” the search firm said. “With the collective expertise of Luis and Mike, GattiHR is now able to serve clients in new ways with the same level of quality and commitment they’ve come back to us for over the years.” During the last 20 years of his experience in executive search, Mr. Delisle primarily focused on growth stage, venture-backed companies, global companies in transformation. He serves the healthcare, life sciences and technology industries. His searches include leadership positions across commercial functions including sales, marketing, and product functions.

Mr. Delisle has worked closely with executive teams and strongly believes in creating a high touch, high-value consultative approach in servicing clients. Prior to joining GattiHR, he spent 12 years as managing partner for Pring Pierce, a boutique retained search firm focused in healthcare and life science technology markets. Mr. Beruff is responsible for serving clients in the broad aerospace and defense marketplace, placing operational, commercial, and functional leaders in both manufacturing and services environments. He comes to GattiHR with over 10 years of executive search experience, spending a combined eight years at two of the largest global executive search firms and two other years in a highly specialized boutique search firm, focusing exclusively on servicing the government contracting industry. In his most recent role, Mr. Beruff spent four years as a core member of Heidrick & Struggles’ aviation, aerospace and defense focus-practice, where he was responsible for end-to-end search execution and client development initiatives.

The bulk of Mr. Beruff’s search work has been for manufacturers and/or service providers and their respective supply chains across the broad government contracting sector in positions ranging from board of directors and the C-suite, down to business unit level director. He has worked with large publicly traded companies, small and large privately held companies, quasi-public entities and private equity-backed portfolio companies to include Raytheon Technologies, StandardAero, DRAPER, AMTRAK, GKN Aerospace, B&E Components Group and Textron, among many others.
