GatenbySanderson Completes Man Completes Management Buy-Out

November 12, 2014 – GatenbySanderson, an executive recruiter serving the public services sector, has completed its management buy-out of the business from founder Graham Goodwin. Joint managing partners Mark Turner and Martin Tucker will continue to lead the business, supported by existing board members David Kemsley, senior partner for interim leadership; Helen Oates, chief operating officer; and Sam Ellis, marketing director. GatenbySanderson has a particular expertise in recruiting chief executives, senior management teams and non-executive board members within complex, highly visible and regulated markets that frequently undergo change. In addition to work in local and central government and health and social care, the firm is expanding within the education and not-for-profit sectors. It currently has offices in Leeds, London and Birmingham.
