Futurestep Expands North American Search Practice

April 21, 2015 – Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has announced the appointment of two strategic hires for its North American business. Jonathan Tedesco joins as sector leader of utilities, while Simon Revere becomes supply chain practice leader.

Mr. Tedesco joins the team to manage the firm’s client relationships across the utilities sector, working with the energy practice group at parent company Korn Ferry to extend the reach of its client work below the senior executive level. He will be based in Southern California, working out of Korn Ferry's headquarters office in Los Angeles. Mr. Tedesco previously ran his own retained executive search firm for the past 16 years.

Joining the business from Futurestep EMEA, Mr. Revere brings 12 years’ experience to lead the supply chain practice in North America from the company’s New York office. He is responsible for leading executive search assignments for clients across the industrial, consumer, life sciences and technology sectors.
