Frederickson Partners Recruits Interim Chief People Officer for SeekOut

Global HR search firm Frederickson Partners recently assisted in the recruitment of Katie Coupe as the new interim chief people officer of talent intelligence platform SeekOut.

Ms. Coupe joins SeekOut from BetterUp, where she served as head of people, leading end-to-end talent initiatives, total rewards, HR business partners, employee growth, and people operations. She also served in leadership roles at Gap Inc. Ms. Coupe holds both a master’s degree and a bachelor of science from the ILR School at Cornell University and is a certified executive coach.

As interim CPO, Ms. Coupe will spearhead human resources initiatives, bringing passion, maturity, and a hands-on approach to the role to inspire the broader organization. She will report to SeekOut CEO and co-founder Anoop Gupta.
