Frazer Jones Appoints Head of U.K.
June 14, 2021 – Executive search firm Frazer Jones, part of The SR Group, has appointed Nick Croucher as partner and head of Frazer Jones U.K. “Nick has been an integral part of the Frazer Jones management team since he joined in 2014,” said David Buckley, CEO of The SR Group. “He was, and continues to be, instrumental in growing our capability across HR search and recruitment in the U.K. I am looking forward to seeing how Frazer Jones thrives under his leadership.”

Mr. Croucher joined Frazer Jones in 2014. He has supported PE/VC owned organizations including post and pre-transaction, PLC’s and business start-ups, typically with director level appointments. Since 2007, he has supported a large range of organizations, which includes partnering with a leading oil and gas firm to build out their newly located HR function. He has also partnered with a major pharmaceutical business to appoint a number of key roles within their global COE for learning and leadership and facilitated the appointment of group HR directors for mid-size U.K. and global commerce businesses.
Former head of Frazer Jones U.K. Darren Wentworth has moved to chief operating officer of The SR Group. Mr. Wentworth took over the leadership of Frazer Jones in 2010, leading the human resources recruitment business to become one of the largest global specialists. He has been integral to the growth of Frazer Jones both in the U.K. and internationally, particularly when entering the U.S. and European markets. As COO he will be responsible for driving The SR Group’s growth, as well as evolving operational practices throughout the front, middle and back office.
