Foxhound Partners Names Head of Executive Search
July 21, 2015 – Recruiting firm Foxhound Partners has added Heather Young to lead and build the organization’s executive search capabilities. As managing director, she will focus on building a full executive search practice, serving clients that engage with the company to fill critical C-suite, vice president, and board-level positions. Ms. Young joins Foxhound with more than 20 years of experience placing top tier executives within companies that dominate or are poised to redefine their segments. Throughout her career, she has completed hundreds of search assignments for clients ranging from venture or private equity-backed growth companies to the Fortune 1000.
Most recently, she founded and was CEO of SearchLogic LLC, a full-service recruiting firm focused on team build-outs within the IT and professional services industries. Prior to that, Ms. Young was partner and co-founder of Benchmark Executive Search.
