Fesa Expands with Two New Partners

November 3, 2014 – Fesa Global Executive Search has named Renata Klee de Vasconcellos as director and partner where she will work in the firm’s IT/telecom & media practices and Pedro Folque de Almeida as vice president and partner of the firm's industrial and infrastructure practices. With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, Ms. Klee de Vasconcellos has been with executive search with firms Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles. Mr. Folque de Almeida has over 15 years of experience in executive recruitment, specializing in senior assignments within the Industry, and professional services. He was a member of the global industry practice of Heidrick & Struggles, responsible for developing business for the firm in Portugal. As a member of the Lisbon office managers team at Korn Ferry, he assumed a leading role in business development as well as project execution in cross-border executive search assignments, especially for the Iberian region. Mr. Folque de Almeida will be located in the firm's São Paulo’s office, covering all the Brazilian regions and abroad. Fesa has 18 years of experience recruiting and selecting professionals for top and middle management positions, including board members, presidents, vice presidents, directors and superintendents.
