FaithSearch Partners Launches New Athletics Recruiting Division

September 29, 2020 – Executive search firm FaithSearch Partners (FSP) has launched an athletics recruiting platform, which will be led by senior vice president Bryan Fowler.

FSP’s athletics service line will guide faith-based executive searches for high school, college and professional associations, organizations, programs and teams seeking athletic directors, business leaders, chaplains, and the right leadership to guide their internal teams.

“We need the FaithSearch Partners athletics service line more than ever,” said Mr. Fowler. “Sports have such a great impact on our society – it’s important that athletic organizations have the right leaders on the field and in the boardroom. Our history of guiding executive search combined with the industry’s need for great leaders makes this a perfect fit. We have been preparing for some time and we’re excited to see where this path leads,” he said.

Mr. Fowler has an extensive background as an executive building companies. He is a former athlete with a large network in the sports world, and he is trained in spiritual leadership.  As an experienced executive and board member in non-profit, secondary education and healthcare, with elite level leadership and technology deployment, Mr. Fowler has over 24 years of deep success implementing cultural, operational and leadership structures in organizations experiencing a high level of change.

Leadership Experience

During the past two and a half decades, Mr. Fowler has served in organizations as a CEO, CIO, COO and CTO, and was able to help lead and develop new divisions at Arthur Andersen, ADS Consulting, Grant Thornton, Protiviti, KMBS, the United Methodist Church and Methodist Healthcare/Memphis. He currently serves as SVP in FaithSearch’s mission enterprise division as well as in the rest of the firm. He also is currently CEO for Truitt Consulting Group, an executive advisory and marketing firm with multiple brands.

Mr. Fowler, who joined FaithSearch Partners in January, holds an MBA from Mississippi State University and a master of divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. He serves on four non-profit boards including the Digital Health Society at the Technology Association of Georgia, Honduras Outreach Incorporated (HOI), Grace Village, and Kennesaw State University’s Masters of Health Management and Informatics Program.

“Bryan carries elite level leadership experience in all three of FaithSearch’s primary industries: non-profits, secondary education and healthcare,” said Ed Fry, president of FaithSearch Partners. “With this expertise in addition to his pastoral experience and enthusiasm for our clients, we are excited for him to help grow FaithSearch for years to come.”

FaithSearch Partners is focused exclusively on serving faith-based hospitals, healthcare organizations, non-profits, ministries, churches, educational institutions and faith-oriented businesses.
