Eric Salmon & Partners Appoints CEO
September 24, 2024 – Paris-headquartered executive search, leadership advisory, and board services firm Eric Salmon & Partners has appointed Jean-Etienne Boisseau as new CEO. He succeeds Raoul Nacke, who has led the firm for the past seven years. “Jean-Etienne’s strategic vision and forward-thinking approach align perfectly with our company’s values and long-term objectives,” said Mr. Nacke. “He is a perfect choice to drive sustained growth in the years to come, including by attracting and involving the next generation. Mr. Boisseau conducts searches for all key functions in various sectors with a focus on distribution/retail and luxury goods. He works with clients on human capital management including talent assessment and organizational design. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Mr. Boisseau worked for four years as deputy CEO at LMDW, the French leader for fine spirits distribution, where he restructured the company and doubled the size of the business, including in Europe and Asia. He also worked with PE-backed companies in the distribution and consumer sectors.
Mr. Boisseau began his career with McKinsey & Company where he spent six years in the Paris and Johannesburg offices, and served clients across a variety of sectors with a focus on performance transformation, addressing strategic, operational and organizational issues. A French national, he has lived in South-East Asia and South Africa and graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), and holds a master of sciences in management from ITAM in Mexico.
Eric Salmon & Partners also named Alberique Peyredieu – Jabalot as the new managing director of its France office, overseeing operations in Paris and Brussels. “I wish to thank Lorraine Kron-du Luart for the last seven years, successfully driving our France office,” said Mr. Boisseau. “We are thrilled to welcome Albérique as managing director of France. Ms. Peyredieu – Jabalot brings a wealth of experience and a track record in executive search and leadership advisory projects across various sectors. Her international experience is further strengthened by her successful tenure in London from 2017 to 2020, during which she gained insights into the European business landscape as managing director of Eric Salmon U.K. office.

Expansion in Italy

Ms. Calderini previously spent eight years at Key2People, an Italian executive search company, as a partner and practice leader for the fashion and luxury goods sector, responsible for the set up and development of the practice for global and domestic assignments. Prior to this, she worked for 10 years in the Milan office of Russell Reynolds, where she participated in the creation of the branded apparel & dedicated retail practice at an international level.
