The Tolan Group (TTG) is a healthcare executive search firm helping private equity firms and their portfolio companies build leadership teams that drive growth and value creation.

For more than 20 years, we have recruited C-suite, senior executives, and key functional leaders across Healthcare Services, Behavioral Health, and Health Tech. We have deep expertise in the lower middle market and understand the type of leaders PE-backed organizations need: executives who can be strategic and hands-on, operate effectively in lean environments, and build the infrastructure needed to scale.

Our work ranges from a single critical executive hire to building out entire leadership and functional teams. Whether the need is a CEO, CFO, COO, commercial leader, or a broader team across finance, operations, sales, or other key functions, TTG can scale with our clients. We have completed individual executive searches as well as large-scale engagements resulting in more than 50 hires.
