The Tolan Group Announces Placement of Eric Hepburn as Chief Executive Officer at U.S. Mobile Health Exams

The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Eric Hepburn as Chief Executive Officer at U.S. Mobile Health Exams (USMHE), bringing more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership, business operations, strategic growth, and organizational transformation.
U.S. Mobile Health Exams is a Jacksonville, Florida-based provider of mobile occupational health testing and workplace wellness services. The company delivers on-site health screenings, physical exams, audiometric testing, respirator fit testing, drug testing, and other occupational health services to businesses, municipalities, and fire departments nationwide, helping employers support workplace safety and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
In his new role, Hepburn will oversee USMHE’s operations and strategic direction, drawing on his extensive experience scaling businesses, expanding service offerings, strengthening organizational infrastructure, and improving operational performance. His leadership background positions him to support the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality mobile occupational health services.
Prior to joining USMHE, Hepburn served as Chief Operating Officer at TCA Logistics, where he led sales and operations, expanded the customer base, diversified service offerings, and implemented technology solutions to support growth and operational efficiency. Previously, Hepburn served as Executive Vice President at Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, leading an operational turnaround and significant business expansion.
Earlier in his career, Hepburn held senior leadership roles with Penske Logistics, The Jacobson Companies, and Exel, a DHL company. His experience includes business development, strategic planning, operational restructuring, leadership development, and managing complex, multi-location operations.
Hepburn’s appointment brings USMHE an experienced executive with a track record of strengthening business operations, developing scalable infrastructure, and executing strategies that support sustainable growth.
Hepburn holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
