October 29, 2026 – The Tolan Group (TTG) has placed Eric Hepburn as CEO at U.S. Mobile Health Exams (USMHE) in Jacksonville, FL. He brings more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership, business operations, strategic growth, and organizational transformation.
Mr. Hepburn’s appointment brings USMHE an experienced executive with a track record of strengthening business operations, developing scalable infrastructure, and executing strategies that support sustainable growth.
Prior to joining USMHE, Mr. Hepburn served as chief operating officer at TCA Logistics, where he led sales and operations, expanded the customer base, diversified service offerings, and implemented technology solutions to support growth and operational efficiency. Previously, he served as executive vice president at Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, leading an operational turnaround and significant business expansion.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hepburn held senior leadership roles with Penske Logistics, The Jacobson Companies, and Exel, a DHL company. His experience includes business development, strategic planning, operational restructuring, leadership development, and managing complex, multi-location operations
