Carrie Longmire

Carrie started with TCG in 2022. Before joining TCG, Carrie began her career in human resources first as a Human Resources Generalist and then as a Human Resources Manager for companies throughout the Greater Grand Forks area. Carrie found a passion for talent attraction and recruitment and became focused on developing, advancing, and honing her skills in the most cutting-edge recruitment practices. It is here when Carrie joined CHS, Inc. a Fortune 100 company, based out of Minneapolis, MN as a talent acquisition specialist. After leaving CHS, Carrie began a solo practice within the agriculture cooperative system, helping small to mid-size agriculture cooperatives find, attract and retain talent.

As a true employment expert, Carrie works with clients to bridge industry expertise and headhunting excellence to support both candidates and clients throughout the entire hiring process. Carrie is passionately invested in helping others maximize and realize their full career potential while also helping employers throughout the United States, find top talent that will support the overall mission of their operations.

Carrie was born, raised, and currently resides in North Dakota – where the state motto is “North Dakota nice.” She attended college at the University of North Dakota fervently supporting the #1 college hockey team in the US. Go Hawks!
