CHICAGO, IL – The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing the quality of graduate medical education across the United States, has selected The Christopher Group to lead its search for a Chief Human Resources Officer. Managing Partner Pam Noble and Partner Jeff Wilbanks are leading the key HR search.

The Chief Human Resources Officer is the organization’s senior HR executive, responsible for leading enterprise-wide human capital strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board. This leader will oversee all aspects of human resources, including organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning, compliance, and culture transformation. The role requires a strategic, business-oriented executive who can guide organizational change, strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and align people strategies with the organization’s long-term mission and strategic objectives.
