Earlier in her career, she developed recruitment marketing strategies for esteemed clients at a global employee relationship marketing agency. Her J.D. and B.A. in Marketing bring together strong analytical skills, marketing expertise, and exceptional communication skills, qualities that enable her to serve as a strategic advisor to organizations and candidates navigating an ever-evolving employment landscape.

A Cleveland native, Patti lives in Northeast Ohio with her husband.
