About Us

Kingsley Gate is a global, AI-native executive search and human capital advisory firm built from the ground up on proprietary technology that powers the deep domain fluency of its consultants, not bolted on top of it. Founded in 2015 to disrupt a recruitment model that had gone largely unchanged for nearly a century, the firm combines seasoned human expertise with IGNYTE, its proprietary AI platform, built by recruiters for recruiters. The consultant who knows a client’s market still runs that search, from first call to final decision. The platform simply makes them faster, sharper, and better informed.

At the center of that approach is decision-making as a culture science. Kingsley Gate’s proprietary framework evaluates how candidates actually think, decide, and lead, giving clients a data-backed predictor of cultural fit and long-term success, well beyond résumés and credentials alone.

Rather than operating as a network of independent offices, Kingsley Gate works as one connected firm. A consultant based anywhere in the world joins a client’s search under the exact same process and standard as every other Kingsley Gate engagement. That integration now includes two specialist firms, The Omerta Group, Kingsley Gate’s Global Financial Services Practice, and Seeliger y Conde, its board and leadership advisory practice across Spain and the wider Ibero-American market.

Headquartered in New York and operating as one firm across 50+ countries, Kingsley Gate’s consultants have helped more than 2,000 client organizations hire and onboard executive leaders across every industry, function, and market.
