Vanya Ivbule is a Vice President with Kingsley Gate Partners. Vanya’s executive search experience spans EMEA, APAC and North America. Industries currently covered are united by technology and services, and include – Payments, Blockchain, Cyber, IOT, Data Analytics, and Telecommunications Solutions.
Since joining Kingsley Gate Partners in 2015, Vanya has worked on a broad range of executive mandates at the Vice President, COO, CFO and CEO level as well as Senior Executives for operational and functional initiatives – for both private and public companies. He leverages a cross-border, cross-cultural orientation to support global clients on the most complex of senior-level search projects.
Vanya started his search career with Hydrogen Group in London, heading up the company’s legal practice in Russia. After relocating from London to Moscow, he was responsible for the Oil & Gas practice at RTG Group, targeting senior-level hires in Russia and leading expansion efforts into Kurdistan. His clients represented some of the Oil & Gas industry’s leading names, from local and global operators to specialist niche consultancies and upstream/downstream services companies.
Vanya is a graduate of the University of Nottingham, having earned a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Russian, and minors in Business and Politics. He is a fluent Russian speaker and is based in the firm’s London office.
