Tom Koch is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. His 35 years in business, in a variety of industries, drive his broad business understanding and insights. Tom’s clients include for-profit and not-for-profit Healthcare and Healthcare Services, as well as, Fortune 500 companies in Life Sciences, Consumer/Retail and Technology. In Healthcare he partners with Integrated Health Systems, Academic Medical Centers and the universe of ambulatory and business services companies that serve Healthcare. He collaborates closely with clients in recruiting general management and clinical leadership roles, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs and CNOs and others.
He has worked with Tenet, Hospital for Special Surgery, Providence, St. Joseph Health System, Kaiser, Surgical Care Affiliates, Alliance HealthCare Services, Premera Blue Cross, as well as, Netflix, Google, Starbucks, Illumina and others. Tom was previously a key member of the Global HR and Life Sciences Practices at CTPartners. Prior, he was Principal Consultant in the General Business and Human Capital Practice of McDermott & Bull. He has over 20 years of senior human resources leadership experience. He led HR for global organizations, including a division of GE and James Hardie Building Products. He also led large divisions at PepsiCo, Home Depot, and Deloitte & Touche’s EPS Solutions. Recognized by peers as an outstanding professional, he is a past nominee for National Human Resources Association’s Executive of the Year.
