DSG Global (Diversified Search Group) Names CFO
March 20, 2025 – DSG Global (Diversified Search Group) has appointed Rob Alessandrini as its new chief financial officer. “We are thrilled to welcome Rob to our team,” said Aileen K. Mr. Alessandrini brings significant financial leadership experience to DSG, including a track record in corporate finance, strategic planning, and investment management. He joins DSG following a tenure as CFO at The Judge Group, a staffing, training, and business solutions company. During his time there, he played a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence. His earlier experience includes key roles as an international equity analyst at DuPont Capital Management and as a financial analyst at The Vanguard Group, where he gained experience in financial modeling and investment strategies.
Mr. Alessandrini’s credentials include the chartered financial analyst designation. Additionally, he has been recognized as a CFO of the year by Philadelphia Business Journal. He is a member of Financial Executives International, The CFO Alliance, Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and the Association of Corporate Growth. “With his deep financial expertise and strategic leadership, Alessandrini will play a key role in driving DSG’s continued success and long-term growth,” DSG said.

DSG recently named Trevor Hooper as managing director at Koya Partners. DSG also added Rick Barr as managing director in the healthcare practice. With over 30 years of leadership in pediatric healthcare, Dr. Barr brings a wealth of expertise in executive search and leadership consulting to the firm. He has a career in executive leadership roles within academic healthcare, having served as executive vice president and chief clinical and academic officer at the Arkansas Children’s System. “Dr. Barr’s consultative approach combined with his leadership and industry experience will provide tremendous value to our healthcare clients during this time,” said Ms. Alexander. “We are excited to have Rick on board as a key member of our team.”
